Export Addresses - DAZzle Users

If you are using DAZzle to print postage, you'll love the Export Addresses feature.

After downloading messages in Mail Extractor simply click on DAZzle button.
Click on Save in the Dialog Box. Default location of the "Addresses" file is:
C:\Program Files\Envelope Manager\DAZzle.

All the customers' addresses from the current window in Mail Extractor will be saved in this new file.
Also, corresponding e-mail addresses will be saved, too.

Now, open DAZzle and click on Address Book tab.
Click on File, then click on Import.
Select "Addresses" from the Dialog Box and click on Open.
Now you'll have to "map" fields in the Mail Extractor's file with fields in the DAZzle's Address Book file.
Map/connect each field on the left side with corresponding field on the right side.
You need to do this only the first time.
In the same window select check box:
"Skip First Record"
Also, you need to do this only the first time.
Click on OK and you're done.
Click on Edit/Select/All and then on Dial-a-Zip button.


Export Addresses - Shipping Assistant Users

After downloading messages in Mail Extractor simply click on Ship. Assistant button.
Click on Save in the Dialog Box. Default location of the "Addresses." file is: C:\My Documents.

All the addresses from the current window in Mail Extractor will be saved in this new file.
Also, corresponding e-mail address will be saved, too.

Now, open Shipping Assistant and click on "Select an Address..." button. Select File/Import from the menu and locate your "Address.csv" file. After you have located your address file, click Open and the grid will be filled with your new addresses. You are now able to use these addresses as if you have added them yourself.
